We are now getting people moaning and spreading false info , more than we ever have before. Ignore the idiots; they are usually the ones that have submitted crap and then wondered why they havent heard anything

Shame is that we are negotiating to scout for new companies on your behalf , when they come here and read crap it sputs them off and we dont earn from them.

We have decide that we will not pass on or promote the work of any persons that attempt to destroy this group by such comments; and will also let the industry know that they are timewaster and ounkers of the type we dont need in this business.

Its a shame people get so impatient, breaking into this business is not easy. It must be overwhelming to have to go through so many submissions.

I imagine their negativity must come from their love and passion of what they do and their intense want to see their dream become reality; I hope they will find the patience and understanding needed to make it to the finish line. It must be difficult when everyone thinks they are going to be the next big thing, then they find out they might not be... Please do not let these unrealistic few put you off those of us with patience and realistic expectations!

We'll just keep doing our thing, submitting clips and hope for the best.

p.s. that last post was not directed at anyone in particular, just a general statement.

I've not had a listen to anyone on here yet and for all I know everyone could be incredibly talented and completely deserving of a huge deal. I hope to have a listen to many on here, there is undoubtedly some great music out there that I would love to listen to. I do understand the frustration myself, I'm just playing neutral here.

At the end of the day, A&R people may or may not be listening, but at least by posting here you're doing yet one more positive thing to forward your sounds and maybe even expand your fan base.

Stick to what you love and what you do and keep pushing your sounds forward - don't get disheartened if things take time and don't ever give up.

Sorry if this is all too positive, I just feel music is a blessing and I praise all who make it their own. Whether or not A&R people are listening is only one point, the good thing is people are listening.

Sorry folks. It would seem that one of our shiftworkers was unaware of our policy of not replying to the plonker who keeps rejoining under a new name and questioning what we do the next day. We know who it is and why.
We were asked by the membership to take on this job after the breakup of SonyBMG and the redundacies.
We managed to keep something going even though the redundancies at EUk almost finished us off.
We are growing again now ,and preserving jobs.
I have had words with the person involved.
